What does DIANOVA do?
DIANOVA is an independent engineering and HSE consultancy providing remote civil and structural engineering, technical documentation review and HSE / SSM documentation support for construction and infrastructure projects. We primarily support clients working in Moldova or on projects involving European engineering standards and requirements.
Does DIANOVA work only in Moldova, or also in Western Europe?
Our project experience includes Belgium, France, Spain, the Netherlands and Moldova, as well as selected international infrastructure projects. Our core services are delivered remotely from Belgium. Planned site visits can be arranged when required.
Can DIANOVA act as our legally appointed SSM responsible in Moldova?
No. DIANOVA provides HSE / SSM consultancy and documentation support but does not automatically assume the legally appointed SSM role in Moldova. Statutory responsibilities remain subject to applicable Moldovan legal requirements. We can work alongside the legally appointed local parties and strengthen the technical and HSE documentation of the project.
Is DIANOVA based in Moldova?
DIANOVA operates from Belgium and works online with clients in Moldova and internationally. We know the Moldovan construction environment first-hand and work in both Romanian and English. Site visits are planned in advance when the project needs them.
